What We Do
Think of us as the front door, not the crew. A call or a form tells us the scope — new pour, patio, repair, slab — and we place that job with an independent concrete crew from our network that's equipped for it and can reach your property. What we don't do is send our own crew: no in-house forming, no in-house finishing, ever.
The Crew That Does the Work
Whichever crew takes your job runs its own business, separate from ours. That crew — not Concrete & Paving South Fort Worth — is who you're contracting with once the work starts. They write the estimate, handle every step from forming to finishing, and collect payment straight from you. Whatever workmanship guarantee comes with the pour is theirs to define, not ours.
Payments
Money for concrete work never runs through us — no invoicing, no collecting, not for any part of the job. Whatever you owe for a pour, a repair, or a resurfacing job goes straight to the crew that did it, under whatever terms you two settled on. A billing question belongs with them first.
Quotes and Pricing
Numbers come from the crew, in writing, before forming starts — never from us, and never as a phone-quote or a promised finish date. Before you sign off on anything, have the crew walk you through what's in that estimate: base prep, reinforcement, the finish work, all of it.
Complaints and Problems
Something off with the pour — a rough finish, a joint that split outside the control line, a slab that didn't cure level? Take it to the crew first; they're the ones who can actually fix it. Still stuck after that? Call (817) 207-5313 and we'll push on it from our end. We can chase, but we can't guarantee an outcome, because the contract for the work itself sits with the crew, not us.
Our Responsibility
We take your call, match you to a crew, and arrange the booking — that's the extent of our role. Beyond that, we carry no responsibility for how that crew prices, schedules, or performs the work, to the extent Texas and federal law allow. None of this page cuts into any right the law gives you that can't be signed away.

These terms aren't static; we'll revise them as the service changes. Whatever's posted here is the live version, dated at the top so you can tell when it last moved. Using the site or the service after that date means the new terms apply to you.
